On the basis of the Cooperation Agreement IV, ONTRAS sets industry-wide standards in network access by implementing own innovative solutions and products. As one of the market area-wide network operators of the cooperation GASPOOL ONTRAS organises gas transports with more than 130 downstream network operators in its network area which covers six German federal States. Primary capacity markets ONTRAS on the common platform of all transmission network operators TRAC-X primary. In addition, the transmission network operator ONTRAS is a partner for transmission customers, traders, downstream network operators and biogas producers. ONTRAS has been a pioneer for cooperation in order to make gas transmission easier and to open the gates for more competition. An example next to GASPOOL is GATRAC, Germany’s first border-crossing cooperation platform for gas transports between the Czech Republic and Germany. |
