Various benefits, which fall into five different categories, can be selected at VNG using a pick-and-mix approach under an annual BEN budget* consisting of Allowance for capital formation, Vouchers, Childcare allowance, Recreation allowance, Reduced internet charges and Travel pass. Employees can put together their own benefits package from across the different categories in line with the budget. This means that benefits may be changed each year.
