We recommend that you compile a complete application folder in PDF format.

What we need from you 

Please send us an up-to-date, well-structured and compelling CV. This should provide an overview of your activities to date and indicate the position you’re interested in. Certificates evidencing your qualifications and references from earlier jobs should also be provided, highlighting the skills needed for the position you’re applying for. You can persuade us in an accompanying cover letter, why you are the right person for the job and that you have the right motivation to apply for a position at VNG. 

Please note that all elements of your application must be combined into a single PDF, which should be no larger than 5 MB

Once you’ve applied 

As soon as we’ve received your documents, you’ll receive automatic confirmation of receipt by email. Our recruitment team, together with the relevant company department, will then screen and examine your application. In some cases, we’ll invite you to have an initial chat over the phone as part of the selection process, so that we can get to know you better and clarify any further details. If the selection process or interviews are delayed because of a high number of applications for example, we’ll be in touch with you in the meantime. 

And if your profile is a good match for the job, we’ll invite you for interview; this might be onsite at VNG or by video conference. This is our opportunity to get to know you in person, to be convinced that you meet the necessary professional requirements and to ensure that your expectations are the same as ours. If necessary, we’ll then give you an opportunity to take part in a second interview or give you an initial insight into the working world at VNG. And even after we’ve had these opportunities to get to know one another, we’re more than happy for you to contact us at any time with any questions you might still have. 

Update on the current situation: We’re still looking for new talent across our business areas. Because of the current situation, all interviews are being held online. The rest of the application process remains unaffected. 

Once we’ve got to know you and all the other candidates, we’ll make a hiring decision quickly. If this needs to be formally approved by the Works Council of one our subsidiaries, the hiring process may take a week or so longer. 

Once we’ve decided that you’re the right candidate and all the paperwork is complete, we’ll be giving you a warm welcome to VNG.
