Reporting a general compliance violation
The Compliance Officer receives both internal and external reports of suspected criminal offences or other breaches of the law and of rules & regulations. On request, such reports are treated with strictest confidence.

Please note that if you decide to contact us under your own name (non-anonymously), any tip-offs or information will also be treated as strictly confidential. Access to this email inbox is restricted to only a few people. Follow-up measures are initiated exclusively by the Compliance department.
If you provide information under your own name, you are protected by law against reprisals so please provide information that is as comprehensive and exhaustive as possible.
You will also receive updates on the progress and conclusion of the procedure if you choose to report under your own name.
