VNG Italia | SPIGAS S.r.l.
VNG Italia, founded in 2008 and based in Bologna, pools together and coordinates the activities of VNG in Italy. The company owns an 80 per cent stake in the natural gas importer and wholesaler Spigas S.r.l., which supplies natural gas to business and major customers, industrial consumers and indirectly to private customers. Spigas also has experience in the LNG business.
VNG Italia has also held a 20 per cent stake in Canarbino S.p.A. since 2016, which has a number of subsidiaries in the electricity and gas wholesale and retail sectors.
